Description
Each week students will bring in one item to present in front of the class. We will have themed weeks, where items will be related to a common theme/topic. Each student will have five minutes to present their item to the class as well as answer any questions. The goal is to get them comfortable with speaking in front of others, projecting their voices, listening to questions, and giving clear answers to the questions.

2nd Period

Description:
Students will write and illustrate a book about a farm over the course of the semester. They will practice handwriting and learn how to draw farm animals. This class will use Draw, Write, Now Book 1.

Playground Games $10

Description:
Various playground games will be taught and played each week. Students will have the opportunity to enjoy playing organized games that involve physical activity.
Spring 2027 Classes
1st Period
Human Body $15

Description:
We will learn about a different body system each week through activities and hands-on experiments. We will learn about the skeleton, muscles, brain and nervous system, vision, hearing, skin hair and nails, digestive system, heart and circulation, lungs and respiratory system, immune system, sense of smell, sense of taste.
2nd Period
Nests & Burrows $5

Description:
Each week we will explore the amazing habitats that God has provided the animals of the earth. From underground, to high up in the tree tops, we will explore how animals build their habitats and thrive within their environments.
